I moved to Sachse Texas, but almost everything I am doing or need is just three or four miles away in Garland Texas. The area I really like is named “Firewheel” Firewheels are a native wildflower, in fact it is the Oklahoma state flower. They are also called Indian Blanket. While driving around, I found a large patch growing on the side of the road.
Thought this one turned out decent considering it was shot with my iPhone.
More to come as I start to live my new Texas life through my lens. I’ll post when I can.
